1990 1 Oz Education in America Round BU

Very rare vintage round!

Obverse: The obverse design features the map of the United States with an American flag to the left and an eagle soaring above. The eagle is clutching an olive branch and some arrows. Two inscriptions are found inscribed in the outer circle. The upper inscription states "SUPPORT EDUCATION IN AMERICA". The lower inscription bears the weight, content, and purity of "ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER". The date of 1990 is located to the right.

Reverse: The central design on the reverse contains a hypodermic needle, a marijuana leaf, and a cigarette to the upper right. The lower left contains a car, a beer bottle, and a glass of wine. The elements are located within an inner circle with a slash cutting through the circle. The outer circle bears the inscriptions of "JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS" and "DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE".
