Fiji Iguana
After losing out on the Taku Silver Coins in 2013, the island nation of Fiji is back with a unique silver coin that features a native species on the obverse side of the coin, the Fiji Banded Iguana. In 2015 and 2016, Fiji contracted the Scottsdale Mint to issue the Fiji Iguana legal tender coins with a face value of $1. These bullion coins with a proof-like finish are minted with 1 Troy Oz of .999 FS and are limited to a 75,000 coin mintage.
