2023 1 Oz AMC Hycroft Mining Winnemucca Round BU

In 2022, Hycroft Mining secured investments from AMC Entertainment and Eric Sprott, manager of the Sprott Silver ETF. The investors acquired a stake of approximately 22% each in the mining company. The investments allowed Hycroft Mining to continue developing the Hycroft Mine in Nevada. In addition to raising money through investors, Hycroft raised additional capital through the sale of 1 Oz silver rounds. Five rounds were minted and sold through hppromotionalsolutions.com.  Each round had a mintage of 3,000.  The mint producing the rounds is unknown. 

Obverse: The obverse features the logos of AMC Entertainment and Hycroft Mining, inset into an outline of the state of Nevada. Text around the rim reads "DEVELOPING NEVADA'S NET WORLD CLASS PROJECT".  A crossed shovel and pickaxe are depicted at the bottom,

Reverse: The reverse depicts a prospector and his mule inset into an outline of the state of Nevada. The name "WINNEMUCCA" is inscribed at the top of the outline along with a crossed shovel and pickaxe. The composition of ".999 FINE SILVER" is inscribed at the lower left.
