2004 1 Oz Ronald Reagan Tribute Round PF

This round was issued in 2004 in tribute to Ronald Reagan.  It was created and sold by a company called Washington Monetary Authority which also issued  1/10 Oz Reagan dime commemoratives in 2005 and 2006. Not much is known about this company or the mint that produced the round.  The rounds are hard to find.

Obverse: The central feature on the obverse shows the right-facing image of Ronald Reagan. The word "LIBERTY" is inscribed around the top while the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" splits the image. The dates "1911-2004" can be found at the bottom

Reverse: The central feature on the reverse is the presidential seal of the United States, an eagle clutching arrows, and an olive branch. The banner in the eagle's beak reads "E PLURIBUS UNUM". Above the seal is the inscription "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". The phrase "SALUTES RONALD REAGAN" is located at the bottom. The purity and content of ".999 SILVER" are found just above the eagle.
