1 Oz American Indian Chiefs Sitting Bull Round BU

One of a series of three rounds in the American Indian Chiefs series.  The series consists of Blackhawk, Geronimo, and Sitting Bull.  Mint and mintage are unknown.

Obverse: The central image on the obverse is a portrait of Sitting Bull, the Sioux Indian chief. The name "SITTING BULL" is inscribed at the top while the tribe name "HUNKPAPA TETON SIOUX" can be found at the bottom.  

Reverse: The head of a magnificent buffalo occupies the central portion of the reverse. Encircling the image is the text "AMERICAN INDIAN CHIEFS SERIES". The weight, purity, and content of  "ONE TROY OUNCE / .999 SILVER" are inscribed at the bottom.
