2019 SilverTowne 1 Oz Apollo 11 Round BU

This round was issued to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11.  

Obverse: The design on the obverse features the image of the Apollo 11 lunar lander, nicknamed Eagle. Inscriptions surround the central image. The top inscription reads "1969 NASA 2019" while the lower left inscription denotes the purity and content of ".999+ FINE SILVER". The lower right inscription bears the weight of "ONE TROY OUNCE".

Reverse: The central feature on the reverse depicts a different type of Eagle landing on the surface of the moon. This design element features an American bald eagle with its majestic wings spread wide as it touches down on the surface of the moon with its talons. The outline of Earth is visible in the background. The top inscription reads "APOLLO 11".
