Obverse: The central feature on the obverse is the bank branch located in Charm, Ohio. The name "CHARM" is inscribed at the top and the date is located immediately below the central image.  The purity designation of ".999 FINE SILVER" can be found at the bottom. 

Reverse: The reverse depicts the bank logo with gothic letters C, S, and B superimposed on one another. The name of the bank "THE COMMERCIAL & SAVINGS BANK" is inscribed at the top. The town name "MILERSBURG,O" can be found at the bottom.
