There are many banks across the United States named Valley State Bank. It is currently not known which of them issued this advertising round. The mint and mintage for this round are also unknown. The round is uncommon.

Obverse: The obverse depicts the logo of Valley State Bank. The logo incorporates the letters "VS" along with the name "VALLEY STATE BANK". Seven stars arch across the top while the year "1986" is inscribed at the bottom.

Reverse: The reverse features a sunrise with rays shooting upwards. Fifteen stars decorate the outer edge. The weight and composition of "ONE TROY OUNCE SILVER .999 FINE" are embedded among the sunrays.
