2004 1 Oz Thomas Jefferson Freedom Dollar Round PF

This round was issued in 2004 under the auspices of FreedomDollar.com.  Not much is known about the organization that created it. The concept appears similar to that of NorFed dollars even though the design is not. The mint and mintage are unknown, but the rounds are quite scarce. 

Obverse: The obverse shows a left-facing image of Thomas Jefferson. The word "LIBERTY" is inscribed around the top while the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" can be found to the left. The date "2004" is located underneath the bust.

Reverse: The central feature on the reverse is the Liberty Bell with a denomination of $10 to the left. To the right is a phrase denoting the weight and composition of "ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER". The website "FREEDOMDOLLAR.COM" is micro-inscribed underneath both that inscription and the denomination to the left. The upper phrase reads "AMERICAN FREEDOM DOLLAR". The term "FREEDOM DOLLAR" is inscribed beneath the Liberty Bell. At the bottom, the denomination of "TEN DOLLARS" is reiterated.
