1 Oz AMC Harley Davidson Great Seal Round BU

AMC produced many different rounds in the 1980s. This round features a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. It also exists with a Challenge of the Future reverse. Uncommon round.

Obverse: The obverse depicts a classic Harley-Davidson shovelhead motorcycle. The name "HARLEY DAVIDSON" arches across the top.  

Reverse: The reverse design features the heraldic eagle with a shield, an olive branch in the right talon, and arrows in the left, all echoing the Great Seal of the United States. The eagle holds a banner in its beak, which is inscribed "E PLURIBUS UNUM". Above the eagle are thirteen five-pointed stars representing the Thirteen Colonies, surrounded by 19 puffy clouds. The upper inscription reads "GREAT SEAL OF THE UNITED STATES". The purity, weight, and denomination of "1 TROY OZ .999 FINE SILVER" is located below the eagle. Although no mint mark is present, this is a variation of the Great Seal reverse produced by AMC.
