2010 1 Oz AOCS Republic of Texas Round PF

This round was produced by an organization called The Texas Republic. This round was produced as a bartering unit under the auspices of AOCS. The mintage of the round is unknown. Rare round!

Obverse: The obverse features a Texas five-pointed star.  The outline of the state of Texas provides the background. The lower inscription reads "REPUBLIC OF TEXAS". continental soldier. 

Reverse: The central feature on the reverse is the Alam0, underneath which is the word "FIFTY". The upper inscription bears the motto of "ONE NATION UNDER GOD". The weight, content, and purity of “ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER” is inscribed towards the bottom. A micro-inscription of "AOCS APPROVED 2010" is located at the bottom of the round.
