2001 1 Oz Highland Mint 9/11 Tribute in Light Round PF

This round appears to be a part of a set of 6 issued to commemorate 9/11.

Obverse: The central image on the obverse bears the image of the Tribute in Light memorial to the Twin Towers. The Statue of Liberty and the skyline of New York City appear in the foreground. The upper inscription reads "TRIBUTE IN LIGHT".
