Obverse: The obverse is a replica of the Peace dollar. It depicts Miss Liberty, facing left, wearing a diadem of spikes in a somewhat similar style to that seen on the Statue of Liberty. Eighteen 5-pointed stars encircle the central image. 

Reverse: The central image on the reverse depicts an eagle perched on a rock, with a laurel branch. The upper inscription reads "SILVER BULLION ROUND" and the purity and content of ".999 FINE SILVER" can be found just below. The weight of "ONE TROY OZ." is split by the eagle. Highland Mint's mint mark "HM" is located near the tailfeathers of the eagle.
