Description

Older vintage round produced by the Sunshine Mint.  Probably from the 1980s.

Obverse: The obverse is a replica of the Peace dollar. Twenty-four stars decorate the outer rim.

Reverse: The central feature of the reverse is the symbol for a dollar sign ($). The upper inscription reads "ONE SILVER TRADE UNIT". The lower inscription denotes the weight and composition of "1 TROY OUNCE .999+ FINE SILVER".
