Nice collectible bullion round. Depicts the Aztec calendar.

Obverse: The obverse features a reproduction of the designs found on the actual Aztec sunstone. The designs are arranged in a circle resembling the sun and include the face of the Aztec solar deity, Tonatiuh, in the center. He is featured with a human heart in each hand and is surrounded by a ring of 20 symbols that represent the days of the month on the Aztec calendar. No inscriptions are found on the obverse.

Reverse: The reverse bears a left-profile bust of Cuauhtémoc. He was the last emperor of the Aztec Empire and reigned for just one year. He is featured in this design wearing the headdress and earring typical of Aztec nobility. His name can be bound micro inscribed below the image. The weight of "1 TROY OUNCE" is inscribed above the image while the purity and content of ".999 FINE SILVER" can be found below.
