2021 1 Oz AOCS Silver Shield INRI Round BU

Designed by Chris Duane and part of the Silver Shield series.  Nice collectible round.

Obverse: The obverse features the depiction of Christ's crucifixion.  The upper inscription reads "INRI" from the Latin "Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudaeorum'' meaning ''Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews''.

Reverse: The reverse features the design for the Silver Shield collection. The central image is a sword engulfed in flames. The trivium, the original background for the series, provides the backdrop. An outer circle contains several inscriptions including the name of the series "SILVER SHIELD", the weight "1 TROY OUNCE", the date "2021", and the purity and composition specified as ".999 PURE AG".
