1 Oz AMC 747 Jumbo Jet Round PF

AMC produced many different rounds in the 1980s. This one is from a series on transportation. Nice collectible, hard-to-find round.

Obverse: The obverse depicts a 747 jet flying through the clouds. The number "747" is displayed at the top, accompanied by the inscription "JUMBO JET" at the bottom. The mintmark "AMC" is located on the fuselage of the airplane. 

Reverse: The reverse portrays an eagle reminiscent of the Great Seal of the United States. The eagle grasps an olive branch in its right talon, arrows in its left talon, and holds a banner in its beak. The inscription "MADE IN U.S.A" arches across the top. The purity of ".999" is found immediately below the image. A lower inscription specifying the weight and fineness reads "1 TROY OUNCE • FINE SILVER". The word "COPY" is inscribed at the lower right.
