1/4 Oz Freedom Eagle Round BU

Uncommon round!  The manufacturer of this round is unknown.  

Obverse: The obverse depicts an eagle soaring through the sky.  The inscription at the top of the round reads "FREEDOM". 

Reverse: The central feature of the reverse is floral scrollwork. A banner is centered over the scrollwork.  Text is inscribed around the rim encircling the scrollwork.  The upper inscription denotes the weight of "QUARTER TROY OUNCE". The purity and content of ".999 FINE SILVER" are inscribed immediately below the weight. Stars decorate the outer edge between the inscriptions.
