2013 1 1/2 Oz Canada Polar Bear BU

Obverse: The obverse of 2013 Canadian Polar Bear 1 1/2 Oz Silver Coins features Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty is depicted here in a right-profile design created in 2003 by Susanna Blunt. The image of the Queen is featured on all Canadian coinage and is the fourth-generation effigy of Elizabeth II on Canadian coins during her reign.

Reverse: On the reverse is a powerful male polar bear. The bear is walking across the ice shelf,  hunting its prey.  Icy Arctic waters can be seen in the distance. Inscriptions around it read "CANADA" above and "FINE SILVER 1 1/2 OZ ARGENT PUR" below. The purity of the coin is inscribed in the design field.
