20 Gram International Mint Nation of Rifleman Winchester 94 Carbine Round PF

From a series of 30 medals commissioned by the NRA between 1971 and 1975.

Obverse: The design on the obverse depicts the Winchester 94 Carbine rifle.  The scene below shows a buck leaping over a log as it runs through the forest. An effigy of Teddy Roosevelt is present at the right. Inscribed at the top is the name "WINCHESTER 94 CARBINE". 

Reverse: The central feature of the reverse is text that describes the invention and use of the weapon. Above the text is the Liberty Bell, while an eagle in flight is depicted below. 

Edge: The edge is smooth.  The purity and content of ".999 FINE SILVER" are inscribed at the top, with a 5-digit serial number located at the bottom.
