Obverse: The design on the obverse was taken from the "Walking Liberty" design by Adolph A. Weinman, originally used on the Walking Liberty Half Dollar coin of the United States from 1916 to 1947. The central image is Liberty Walking. Above it, the word "LIBERTY" is inscribed. The motto "PRIVATELY MINTED" is inscribed on the lower right and "SILVER ROUND" can be found at the bottom.
Reverse: The central image on the reverse features an eagle perched on a rock with its wings raised in a defiant stance. A mountain pine sapling is seen springing from the rock, symbolizing America. The mint "MONEY METALS EXCHANGE" appears above, with the purity, content, and weight of "HALF TROY OZ. / .999 FINE SILVER" inscribed at the bottom.
