1/2 Oz Money Metals Exchange Boston Tea Party Round BU

Obverse: The design on the obverse depicts the famous coiled snake with its mouth wide open.  The phrase inscribed above the snake is "DON'T TREAD ON ME".  The mint "INDEPENDENT LIVING" is inscribed at the bottom.  The mint later changed its name to Money Metals Exchange.

Reverse: The central image on the reverse is a ship with crates of tea being thrown into the Boston harbor. The words "BOSTON TEA PARTY 1773" are inscribed on the hull of the ship.  The inscription bearing the weight, purity, and content of "HALF TROY OZ .999 SILVER" can be found at the bottom.
