2019 1 Oz St. Lucia Flamingo BU

Second year of production and hard to find due to low mintages.

Obverse: On the obverse of the coin is the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. This coin collection uses the fourth-generation right-profile portrait from Ian Rank-Broadley that was created in 1998. The effigy is surrounded by two feathers. Inscribed around the outer edge of the obverse is the term "EASTERN CARIBBEAN CENTRAL BANK" from left to right across the top. From left to right across the bottom are the purity "1 OZ .999 FINE SILVER", "QUEEN ELIZABETH II", and the denomination "TWO DOLLARS".

Reverse: The reverse features a pair of flamingos feeding by the seashore. Waves can be seen in the background. They are illuminated by the sun giving the impression that the scene takes place at either sunrise or sunset. The coin is inscribed with “ST. LUCIA” at the top rim with the date "2019" at the bottom.
