2018 1 Oz Texas Precious Metals Capitol Round BU

Hard to find.

Obverse: The obverse features the famous Texas Star in the foreground. A textured geographical shape of the state of Texas fills the background behind the smooth illustration of the star. The year "2018" is engraved in the space southwest of the Rio Grande River. “TEXAS” arches boldly across the top, with “PRECIOUS METALS” inscribed across the bottom.

Reverse: The Texas State Capitol dominates the background of the round. The Capitol is pictured from an angle, with the south facade and flags fluttering in the breeze. The dome is prominent in the tableau, the elegant arches and columns hoisting the statue of the Goddess of Liberty toward the top of the round. The composition of the round  “.9999 FINE SILVER 1 TROY OZ” is engraved over the Capitol. The trademarked silhouette of the Texas Mint mint mark is visible to the right of the bluebonnets.
