Description
A mating pair of Kookaburra's sitting on a branch. Like a reverse proof with a frosted field.
Obverse: The obverse depicts the Jody Clark design of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Royal Diadem crown on her head. She is encircled by text around the outer rim which includes her name "ELIZABETH II", the name of the issuing country "AUSTRALIA", and the face value of the coin "1 DOLLAR".
Reverse: Reverse: The common motif is a kookaburra in its native habitat. The background has a smooth, frosted finish. The phrase "AUSTRALIAN KOOKABURRA" is inscribed along the outer rim at the top. The bottom inscription of "2013 1 OZ 999 SILVER" denotes the weight, content, purity, and year.
