1982 1/2 Oz World Wide Mint Round BU

Rare!  1/2 Oz fractional round.

Obverse: The central image on the obverse depicts a right-facing Lady Liberty encircled by 13 stars and rays along the outer edge. The micro inscription at the bottom reads "© WORLD WIDE MINT, INC. 1981". The large date of "1982" is also present. The dates on all fractionals from 1982 appear to be mismatched.  This is the Type 3 obverse with both date inscriptions and probably the final phase. All fractional sizes have this obverse.

Reverse: The reverse features an eagle perched on a rock with sun rays in the background. The weight of "1/2 Oz" is inscribed to the left while the purity and content of ".999 FINE SILVER" can be found on the right. The name of the mint "AMERICAN EAGLE" is inscribed at the top. This is the Type 2 reverse.
