1 Oz APMEX San Diego Zoo Rhinoceros Round BU

APMEX partnered with the San Diego Zoo to produce this series of silver rounds. The mintage is unknown.

Obverse: The obverse features the left facing head of a rhinoceros. The inscription "RHINOCEROS" is located at the top while the weight, purity, and content of "1 OZ.999 FINE AG" are found at the bottom.

Reverse: The reverse features the logo of the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance. It depicts stylized images of a lion and a rhinoceros. The inscription "SAN DIEGO ZOO" is found at the upper edge while "WILDLIFE ALLIANCE" is inscribed below.
