Obverse: The obverse bears the elegant effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II created by internationally renowned sculptor Raphael Maklouf. The inscriptions around the Queen’s portrait include the denomination "£1", the name of the issuing country "ST. HELENA", the Queens's title "QUEEN ELIZABETH II", and the date of issue "2021". The lower inscription specifies the weight and composition of "ONE OUNCE 999 SILVER".

Reverse: A statuesque figure of the virtue Victory is depicted on the reverse The figure of Victory bears powerful wings on her back and holds a palm branch in her left hand. The text "VICTORY THROUGH HARMONY" is inscribed along the outer rim starting at the left. The logo of the East India Company with the initials "EIC" is located at the lower right.
