2021 1 Oz Blockchain Mint Wall Street Bets Round BU

Minted by Patriot Coins under the Blockchain Mint label. This round pays homage to the Reddit group WallStreetBets which had an outsized influence on the stock market in early 2021.

Obverse: The obverse features a depiction of the cartoon character represented in the WallStreetBets subreddit logo. The figure is shown wearing a suit with slicked-back hair and a pair of sunglasses. Included in the logo and as well as in the design on this face, the street sign from Wall Street in New York City is depicted with bets spray-painted on the sign. In a banner across the lower portion is the name "WALL ST BETS". Two phrases at the top read "BUY HIGH" and "SELL HIGHER". At the bottom of the round is the Reddit group name "/r/WALLSTBETS".

Reverse: The central feature on the reverse is a rocket ship. The inclusion of a diamond above a set of hands represents diamond hands, a phrase WSB users state refers to holding stocks adamantly. The upper inscription includes the five stock symbols that were targeted in the short squeeze moves. It reads "$GME $BB $AMC $NOK $BBBY". The purity, content, and weight of "999 FINE SILVER ONE TROY OZ" along with the date "2021" is located at the bottom.
