2020 1 Oz Congo DR Wildlife Whale BU

Limited mintage of 30,000.

Obverse: The obverse depicts a whale breaching above the ocean waves. The words “THE WHALE” are minted at the top with “WORLD’S WILDLIFE” at the bottom with an outline of the Atlantic Ocean centered between the words.

Reverse: The reverse features a leopard’s face in the center with a tusk to its left and a spear on its right. The coat of arms contains the words  “JUSTICE”, “PAIX”, and “TRAVAIL”. The date of "2020" is split and minted on either side of the design, with “1 OZ AG 999.9” below it. Around the edge of the coin are the words “REPUBLIQUE DEMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO” and the denomination of “20 FRANCS”.
