2018 1 Oz Fiji Pacific Dollar BU

Only year of issue.  Mintage of 250,000.

Obverse: The obverse depicts a Pacific beach scene with palm trees. At the top is the inscription "PACIFIC DOLLAR". The date of "2018" can be found at the bottom embedded in vertical micro-stripes.

Reverse: The reverse depicts the Coat of Arms of Fiji. It consists of a shield divided into four parts by the Cross of St. George and decorated with a lion at the top. Two Fijian warriors support the shield, one on each side. One is clutching a spear and the other is holding a totokia club. At the top is the takia, a traditional Fijian outrigger canoe in full sail. The name of the country and the date of issue "FIJI · 2018" are inscribed at the top. while the denomination of "1 DOLLAR" is located at the bottom. The weight of "1 TROY OZ" is found at the left with the purity and content of "999 FINE SILVER" at the right.
