2014 2 Oz Australian Lunar Series 2 [Horse] PF

2 Oz Year of the Horse proof.  Very limited mintage!

Obverse: The obverse depicts the Jody Clark design of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Royal Diadem crown on her head. She is encircled by text around the outer rim which includes her name "ELIZABETH II" at the upper left, the name of the issuing country "AUSTRALIA" at the upper right, and the face value of the coin "2 DOLLARS" at the lower right. The date "2014" is inscribed immediately below the effigy while the weight, purity, and content of "2 OZ 999 SILVER" is inscribed at the lower left. The background has a smooth, frosted finish.

Reverse:  The central image is of two horses grazing near a stream. The phrase "YEAR OF THE HORSE" is inscribed at the bottom while a Chinese symbol representing the lunar year is located at the top. The mint mark "P" is found to the right near the rim. The background has a smooth, frosted finish.
