Description
Last year of an encircled queen on the obverse.
Obverse: The obverse depicts a smaller portrait of Elizabeth II inside a circle. Engraved along the coin's border is the Queen's title "ELIZABETH II" accompanied by "FIJI", the denomination of "TWO DOLLARS, and the year "2012".
Reverse: The central feature on the reverse is a stylized depiction of a Hawksbill Turtle swimming underwater surrounded by air bubbles. The background is rough and has the appearance of sand. A mirror-like crescent shape has inscribed the words "FIJI TAKU". The weight and composition of "FINE SILVER .999 1OZ" can be found at the lower right.
