Above the image FREEDOM" is inscribed and the phrase "XXI CENTURY" can be found at the bottom.

Reverse: The central feature of the reverse is the logo of the mint "XXI". Beneath the logo, two sheaves of wheat can be found. The weight, purity, and content of "1 OZ .999 FINE SILVER" are inscribed in smaller letters just above the logo. At the edge, 21 five-pointed stars revolve around the axis of the Roman numerals announcing the near arrival of the Twenty-First Century. The date of "2000" is inscribed at the bottom.
