Description
Obverse: The obverse depicts the head of a longhorn steer superimposed on the outline of the state of Texas. Twenty-four stars decorate the outer edge. The date "2000 AD" is inscribed at the bottom.
Reverse: The central image on the reverse is a star representing the lone star state of Texas. Sprigs of ivy surround the star. The denomination along the outer edge reads "TEXAS ONE DOLLAR". A small heart is etched at the bottom with the weight of "ONE OUNCE" inscribed on either side.
