Minted by Nevada Coin Mart to commemorate a Blackjack Tournament held at the Four Queens Casino. Mintage is unknown but round is uncommon.
Obverse: The obverse features a blackjack dealer seen from the vantage point of a player. The player holds a winning hand with the Ace of Spades and Queen of Hearts. A stack of chips rests on the table in front of the player. The table edge reads "APRIL 14-16, 1991". Immediately below that is the mint mark "NCM". An upper inscription along the outer rim reads "BIG DEAL BLACKJACK TOURNAMENT". The lower inscription specifies the location of "FOUR QUEENS".
Reverse: The reverse features text describing the event. It states "FOUR QUEENS / THE CLASS OF DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS". The weight, purity, and content of "1 OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER" are located below. The mint mark "NCM" is micro-inscribed at the bottom of the round. Descriptive text along the outer rim further describes the event. The upper inscription reads "FOUR QUEENS HOTEL / CASINO" while the lower inscription states the location of "LAS VEGAS, NEVADA".
