1985 1 Oz Liberty Mint Statue of Liberty Round BU

Obverse: The obverse depicts the Statue of Liberty with rays of light streaming from the upraised torch.  The name of the mint "LIBERTY MINT" is inscribed above the image.  To the left of the statue the weight of  "ONE TROY OUNCE" is inscribed.  It is matched on the right by the purity and content of "999+ PURE SILVER".  The date "1985" is micro-inscribed beneath the left hand of the statue.

Reverse: The central feature on the reverse is the text from Section 10 of the US Constitution concerning the satisfaction of debts with gold and silver.  The outer rim is taken up with the inscriptions of the mint's name "** LIBERTY MINT **" and the weight, purity, and content of "ONE TROY OUNCE *** 999+ PURE SILVER".
