This first round minted by Liberty Metals Incorporated is much rarer than the later Rousseau round.
Obverse: The central image is a right-facing portrait of Lady Liberty. The name of the mint "LIBERTY METALS INCORPORATED" arches over the top. Micro-0inscribed on the right is the weight of "1 TROY OZ" while the inscription on the left contains the purity and content of ".999 FINE SILVER". Thirteen stars decorate the rim underneath the bust.
Reverse: The reverse depicts an eagle, the Liberty Bell, and the original flag of the thirteen colonies. The eagle holds arrows in one talon and an olive branch in the other. The lower inscription states "PROVO * 1974 * UTAH".
